Voting for the VMworld 2012 submitted session papers has now opened! This is your chance to influence and have your say to which VMworld sessions you’d like to see at this year’s VMworld events in San Francisco and Barcelona. Voting is open to everyone, all you need is a VMworld.com user account (you can create one here if you don’t already have one).
Logging on to the VMworld.com portal you will see that there is an extensive and impressive line-up of potential sessions to choose from. Voting must be completed by the 8th June 2012 after which the responses will be compiled and the actual sessions chosen. By voting you are casting a vote for a session to be presented at both the San Francisco and Barcelona VMworld events.
I didn’t submit any sessions this year due to time restrictions though definitely intend to next year when things are perhaps a little quieter.
Use the useful “Filter Options” button to narrow down the “Tracks”, “Area of Interest” or “Technical Level” of the sessions you want to view. This will definitely save you time as there are a significant number of sessions to choose from.
Voting is really easy, simply click on the thumbs-up icon to indicate you wish to vote for that session. You can only vote for a session once, though can vote for as many sessions as you want. That sounds pretty fair to me.
So what are you waiting for? Log into the VMworld.com portal today and cast your vote for your favourite sessions! Hope to see you at VMworld.
